Building Anyways (“Building Anyways,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent, unregistered proprietary growth agency founded, owned, and operated in an individual capacity by Dumpa Gowtham Kumar under the laws of India.

We engineer bespoke software architectures, internal automated operational pipelines, custom web applications, and corporate brand identities. Because Dumpa Gowtham Kumar personally directs engineering architecture and sprint execution, our intake is strictly restricted to 2–3 client projects per calendar month.

Once a development sprint or project milestone is scheduled and deposit funds are remitted, engineering bandwidth is exclusively allocated, precluding the studio from accepting alternative commercial mandates for that reserved period.

Standard projects require a 50% upfront commencement deposit to secure development slots and begin architectural planning.

• 48-Hour Cancellation Window: If you change your mind and request cancellation within 48 hours of paying the deposit—and prior to the start of technical discovery or sprint kickoff—you will receive a 100% full refund of the deposit, minus standard third-party payment gateway transaction fees.
• After Kickoff: Once architectural mapping, wireframing, or technical engineering has commenced, the commencement deposit is non-refundable as it compensates dedicated builder hours already spent.

If a project is halted or cancelled by mutual agreement before final delivery:

• The client is only billed for completed milestones and engineering deliverables delivered up to the termination date.
• Any unearned advance balance paid toward future uninitiated milestones will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
• Completed code, assets, and design files produced up to that milestone will be transferred to the client upon settlement of hours.

Instead of leaving you stranded post-launch, all custom projects come backed by our 14-day post-launch warranty.

If any custom feature, integration, or database flow exhibits structural bugs or fails to operate according to the agreed Statement of Work, we commit to fixing, troubleshooting, and resolving the issue at zero extra charge.

Once custom software systems, websites, or brand assets are officially reviewed, approved by the client, and deployed live to production or client-owned servers, the final balance becomes non-refundable. Ongoing modifications and feature expansions can be scheduled via support retainers.

As an independent studio, we prioritize prompt, ethical founder-to-founder dialogue. Should any discrepancy, dissatisfaction, or cancellation claim arise:
