the objective & the work.
Your objective is simple: find business founders and decision-makers who need help scaling through our three core agency capabilities, and schedule qualified discovery meetings between them and our studio team:
- 1. Systems Engineering: Custom software platforms, internal operations tools, workflow automations, and bespoke web apps that eliminate manual bottlenecks and scale operations.
- 2. Brand Identity: Visual identities, design systems, modern web aesthetics, and positioning that position companies at the top of their industry.
- 3. Content Growth: High-converting organic content engines, social distribution pipelines, and media frameworks that turn attention into paying clients.
You identify the bottlenecks, initiate contact, and schedule the call. We take over on the discovery call, handle technical scoping, send proposals, and close the contract. When the client pays, you get paid your 10% cut immediately.
We provide you with case studies, sales collateral, and live proof of work, but you have 100% autonomy in choosing how you source leads and initiate contact—whether via LinkedIn, cold email, cold calling, Twitter/X, or direct networking.
pay & compensation structure.
This role combines uncapped commissions with monthly variable performance pay. There is no fixed stipend or fixed base salary—earnings depend strictly on performance and results.
You earn a flat 10% on the total contract value of any deal closed from your scheduled meetings, with zero ceilings or caps.
Additional bonus tied purely to your performance (meeting volume, target milestones, and closed pipeline). Performance-driven only — not fixed.

• Close a ₹2,50,000 custom systems & automation engagement → You receive ₹25,000 commission.
