Content Creation Intern

The Role & Work

As a Content Creation Intern, you will own the creative visual identity of Building Anyways across our official social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Your task is to script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) and visual posts that highlight our engineering solutions, case studies, and systems-first philosophy. You have 100% creative freedom. We explain the technical aspects and client projects to you, and you translate them into high-reach, entertaining, and educational content that pulls in business owners.

The Pay & Compensation

This is a 100% commission-only role with zero earning ceilings. You earn a flat 10% commission on the total contract value of any deal closed from an inbound lead generated directly by your content (e.g. they submit an audit request or cite your video as their entry point). For example, if we close a ₹1,00,000 systems project from a lead you brought in, you get ₹10,000. Commissions are processed and paid out to you within 3 business days of us receiving the payment from the client.

(Note: Building Anyways is an early-stage unregistered company, but our credentials are highly valued in modern startup ecosystems.)
• Long-Term Career Growth: High performing creators will have first priority to transition into permanent salaried visual marketing/content lead roles within our studio.

Who we're looking for

• Reels & Video Editing: Strong editing capabilities (using CapCut, Premiere, or mobile editors). You can choose to shoot on-camera/faced reels or produce high-quality faceless videos – both formats are completely welcome!
• Interest in Systems: Curious or passionate about workflow automations, AI-native tools, and technical startups.
• Algorithm Hooks: Active understanding of short-form video hooks, editing pacing, and visual storytelling formats.
• 0+ Years Experience: No prior work requirements. Energy, visual taste, and execution speed are what matter most.
