The Role & Work
Your objective is straightforward: find businesses and schedule introduction meetings (appointments) between their owners/founders and our technical engineering team. We design and implement custom systems, automations, and digital tools that replace manual bottlenecks. Your job is to locate companies with messy processes and route them to us. We provide you with case studies and sales collateral, but you have 100% autonomy in choosing how you source leads and initiate contact (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, or direct networking).
The Pay & Compensation
This is a 100% commission-only role with zero earning ceilings. You earn a flat 10% commission on the total contract value of any deal closed from an appointment you successfully schedule. For example, if we close a ₹1,00,000 systems project, you get ₹10,000. Commissions are processed and paid out to you within 3 business days of us receiving the payment from the client.
